Delivery & Returns

  1. Lead time

Shoes in stock are despatched on Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed before 1.00 pm will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1.00 pm will be processed the next working day.

  1. Payment & Order Confirmation

Orders will be processed once payment has been approved. Once your payment has been approved, we will email you the order confirmation with the order number.

  1. Shipping & Delivery Charges

For UK orders, the shipping charges are £5.99 per order. Your shoes will be delivered via Royal Mail, 1st Class Tracked & Signed service.

For orders placed outside UK, the shipping charges are £27 per order to US and £20 per order to Europe. Your shoes will be shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service and you might be required to pay an import tax/and or duty by a local Customs Office.

Tracking information will be emailed upon request.

  1. Returns & Refunds

If shoes are unsuitable, you can return them for a full refund. Please return the unworn shoes within 14 days of receipt if in UK and 28 days for Europe and Rest of The World.

We will not refund shipment charges.

Returning unsuitable shoes is your responsibility so we suggest using registered post.

Once we receive your return, we will email you to confirm that the refund has been processed.

We would like to reassure you that your satisfaction is our absolute priority, and we will do everything to make sure you are happy with your new pair of Low Heels shoes.
