Delivery & Returns

Made to measure shoes are delivered within 4 weeks from the date the order was placed. 

We will deliver your shoes by Royal Mail: 

Royal Mail 1st Class Signed Delivery (UK delivery)  £5.50 per delivery
Royal Mail (Europe)   £14 per pair
Royal Mail (Rest of The World) £20 per pair

 

We may contact you when we receive your order and ask for additional information. i.e. feet measurement, photographs of your feet, etc.

As soon as we receive all the additional information required, we will start the manufacturing process.

It is important that you contact us immediately in case you wish to change or correct any details in your order. Once materials have been cut (i.e. production has started), no further changes can be applied.

As soon as the order has been shipped, a confirmation email is sent to the customer.

 

Every pair of shoes is 100% individually handmade according to measurements provided by the customer. Hence, we do not accept returns for any reason except production error.

 

In the case of a production error, the customer is required to take and upload a picture of herself wearing the product displaying the error and email this information to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

In the case of production error customer can request a replacement pair of shoes or a refund. If the request for return is accepted, the customer will be notified immediately.

In the case of the customer’s measurement error the return will not be accepted. It is therefore very important for the customer to provide accurate measurements. Incorrect measuring does not qualify as production error.

Please remember the rule: measure twice to cut once.
