Delivery & Returns

1. Lead time

All our shoes and boots are made to order and delivered within 4 weeks from the date the order was placed.

2. Additional information

We may contact you when we receive your order and ask for additional information. i.e. your height, weight, age, feet measurement and photographs of your feet. This information will only be used by our shoe making team.

3. Changes to your order

It is important that you contact us immediately in case you wish to change or correct any details in your order. Once materials have been cut (i.e. production has started), no further changes can be applied.

4. Shipping & Delivery Charges

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us.

We will deliver your shoes by Royal Mail: 

Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For (UK delivery) - £6.50 per delivery

Royal Mail International Tracked - £20 per pair

5. Returns & Refunds

If shoes are unsuitable, you can return them for a full refund.

Please return the unworn shoes within 30 days of receipt if in UK and 28 days for Europe and Rest of The World. 

We will not refund shipment charges.

Returning unsuitable shoes is your responsibility so we suggest using registered post.

Once we receive your return, we will email you to confirm that the refund has been processed.

6. Bespoke shoes and boots and made-to-fit service

Your shoes and boots will be made for you so you can change the colour, material, heel, etc. We will confirm whether the changes are possible and whether they can be done without increasing the price. In some cases i.e. textile being replaced by real leather, we will confirm the price of your bespoke pair.

Made-to-fit service means that we can adjust the width of the shoes and in case of boots, we will make them fit your calves/thighs. This service is included in price.

We will make the boots using your measurements, therefore it is very important that you provide accurate measurements. Please remember the rule: measure twice to cut once.

We would like to reassure you that your satisfaction is our absolute priority and we will do everything to make sure you are happy with your new pair of Low Heels shoes.
