Last month I took part in “Meet Your Tall Sister Brunch” in London organised by The Tall Society. I haven’t been to the previous one and despite watching clips on YouTube I didn’t really know what to expect. Plus, Low Heels was going to be one of the vendors so I was very excited but also a little bit nervous. I arrived in London the night before the event, pulling a big suitcase full of shoes, carrying a bag with a stand-up banner, another bag with a tripod and a backpack filled with my stuff and… some more shoes. It is not an unusual look for a mother of two but the London tube wasn’t an option. Luckily, I managed to book a room in the hotel the brunch was taking place which was a massive convenience.

The event was very successful for Low Heels. It was busy around my stand and the majority of ladies liked my shoes. I sold shoes, I measured feet and I took some new orders. The number of Low Heels IG followers have increased by a hundred within a week after the brunch. Yay!

It was also a great experience on a different level. It felt amazing to be surrounded by 60 tall, beautiful, super friendly women, meeting girls from “the tall industry”, chatting about all things tall and not to mention great music, food and prosecco :). Positive vibes all the way through!

Make sure you don’t miss the one next year! I am definitely going with a suitcase full of shoes.
